These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Trayne ("Trayne," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our application, website, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or as required by applicable law) to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security incident.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Paid features may require a subscription handled by a third-party payment processor. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless canceled. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once the billing period begins.

4. Health and Safety Notice

The Services may provide training or wellness guidance. Trayne does not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program. Use the Services at your own risk.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Trayne a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, modify, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Services.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access them without authorization, interfering with operation, scraping, reverse engineering where prohibited, or using the Services for unlawful purposes.

7. Third-Party Services

If you choose to connect third-party services (e.g., activity providers or payment processors), their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services. Trayne is not responsible for third-party acts or omissions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, content, and trademarks, are owned by Trayne or its licensors and are protected by law. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Certain provisions survive termination.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAYNE AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trayne from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Services or via email. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
